
THE PUBLIC and cyclists at large have been asked to be on the lookout for a drug known as “Antibikotics” /anti-baikotics/.
“The drug,” says Doctor Msomajidawa, “has the potential of causing permanent mental incapacity to the consumer…. It can be transmitted by word of mouth and by deeds.”

Although not an authorised over-the-counter drug, it has found its way to the streets and is being peddled by naysayers, bike thieves, dopers, and corrupt and inactive federations. All have been cautioned to steer clear of such described persons.
In a statement, the Director of Criminal Investigations said that the law and relevant authorities are working round the clock to apprehend the culprits. “Tough action will also be taken against those in league with them. In the meantime, stay alert….”
The drug, whose origin is unknown, has adverse effects on the user such as discouragement, loss of syk, stolen bikes and bike parts, depression, feeling of inadequacy, quitting and even death. There is no established antidote at this moment.

“The only way to avoid it is to avoid it,” says Msomajidawa. “Prevention is your best defense at this point in time…. Keep away from the substance!”
